My facial with Bernie was honestly heavenly. She explained everything she was doing and made the whole experience feel really personal rather than just another treatment. My skin felt so soft and hydrated afterwards, but it was the relaxation that I loved the most. Bernie has a beautiful way of making you feel safe, comfortable and completely cared for. I visited Rise Medi Spa as a new client of Monique’s, and I’m absolutely obsessed with my new lashes! Even though it’s a new salon, the atmosphere was so cosy and welcoming. Honestly better than any salon I’ve visited before. Monique and Bernie are both incredibly warm, friendly and lovely to chat with. The application process was so relaxing and completely painless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. My lashes are super lightweight, and I've been getting compliments everywhere I go. Even a couple weeks later, they still look amazing. I highly recommend her!!

I’ve been going to Bernie for beauty treatments for years and there is a reason I keep coming back. She is professional, friendly and incredibly thorough. Waxing can sometimes be awkward, but Bernie makes you feel completely comfortable and never rushed. The results are always fantastic and I know I’m in safe hands. Rise feels like somewhere you can genuinely relax and be yourself.
