Beauty, skin and wellness — held together by care.
Bernadine Thomas spent more than 20 years in beauty and wellness, as a beauty therapist, massage therapist and coach, before becoming a Registered Nurse. Rise brings all of that under one roof. Come in for a facial, a massage or your brows, and get support with nutrition, breathing and stress too if you want it.
Based in Kenepuru, Porirua, and seeing clients from across the Wellington region, Rise is nurse-led and unhurried on purpose, grounded in Te Whare Tapa Whā and manaakitanga. Every service is delivered within scope, and if something is better treated elsewhere, we will tell you and help you get to the right person.
